This message appears when you have a purchased plan that has not yet been activated.
What does this mean?
Your data plan is available and waiting for activation before it can be used.
Status Message:
You have a plan waiting! Activate it now to start using your data.
How to activate your plan
1) Open the app.
2) Go to My Plans.
3) Select the pending plan.
4) Tap Activate.
After activation
Once activated:
- Ensure your eSIM is enabled.
- Enable Mobile Data.
- Confirm the eSIM is selected as the data line.
- Wait a few minutes for network registration.
