This message appears when the app cannot find an installed eSIM on your device.
What does this mean?
Your eSIM has not been installed yet, or the installation was not completed successfully.
Status Message:
We couldn't find the eSIM on this device. Please install your eSIM to get started.
How to fix it
Step 1: Check if your eSIM is installed
iPhone
- Go to Settings
- Tap Mobile Service or Cellular
- Look for your eSIM profile
Android
- Go to Settings
- Tap Network & Internet or Connections
- Select SIM Manager or Mobile Network
Check if the eSIM is listed
Step 2: Install your eSIM
If the eSIM is not listed:
- Open the app.
- Navigate to the Install eSIM page.
- Follow the installation instructions.
Restart your device if needed.
