What does this mean?
Your eSIM is functioning normally. You simply need to purchase or activate a data plan before using mobile data.

How to get connected
Purchase a plan
1) Open the app.
2) Visit the Store.
3) Browse available plans.
4) Complete your purchase.
Activate a plan
If you already have a purchased plan:
1) Open My Plans.
2) Select the plan.
3) Follow the activation instructions.
Why am I seeing this?
You may see this status if:
- You have never purchased a plan.
- Your previous plan has expired.
- Your plan has been fully used.
- A purchased plan has not yet been activated.
