Common reasons

- Your active plan has geographic restrictions.
How to fix it
- Check your plan coverage
- Open the app.
- Go to My Plans.
- Review the countries and regions supported by your plan.
If you already have a compatible plan:
- Go to My Plans.
- Activate the appropriate plan.
