This message appears when your eSIM is installed but currently disabled.
What does this mean?
Your device recognizes the eSIM, but it is turned off and cannot connect to a network.
Status Message:
Your eSIM is installed but inactive. Please switch it On in your device settings.
How to fix it
iPhone
- Open Settings.
- Tap Mobile Service or Cellular.
- Select your eSIM.
- Turn on Turn On This Line.
Android
- Open Settings.
- Tap Connections or Network & Internet.
- Select SIM Manager.
- Enable your eSIM.
After enabling
- Ensure Mobile Data is enabled.
- Wait a few minutes for the network to register.
