Please follow these steps for manual phone configuration:
Firstly, check if you are using the right eSIM.
Secondly, check if you are connected to the right network
- Go to Account > View My Plans
- Click on the plan information icon to find out supported network
- iOS: Your device Settings > Mobile/Cellular data > SIMs. Click on Installed FlexiRoam eSIM, go to Network selection, turn off automatic network selection and select supported network when the list of available networks appears.
- Android: Your device Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > turn off automatic network selection and select supported network when the list of available networks appears.
Thirdly, check if you are using the right APN
- Go to Account > View My Plans
- Click on the plan information icon to find out supported APN
- iOS: Your device Settings > Mobile/Cellular data > SIMs. Click on Installed FlexiRoam eSIM, go to Mobile Data Network, Update APN to one provided in Plan information.
- Android: Your device Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Access Point Names > Update APN to the one provided in Plan information
Finally, check if you have enabled Data Roaming
- iOS: Your device Settings > Mobile/Cellular data > SIMs. Click on Installed FlexiRoam eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.
- Android: Your device Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Data Roaming is enabled
