Please do the following steps to connect:

1. Switch your default mobile data to Flexiroam eSIM, to do that proceed to phone settings > Mobile Service/Cellular > mobile data > select FlexiRoam esim

2. Proceed to your phone settings > Mobile/Cellular data > Select FlexiRoam eSIM > Network selection > Toggle automatic ON

3. Proceed to your phone settings > mobile/cellular data > select FlexiRoam eSIM > voice and data > set voice & data to 4G or LTE > mobile/cellular data network> scroll and tap "reset > then type in "wbdata" for APN under mobile/cellular data and LTE setup respectively

4. Turn OFF "Limit IP Address Tracking" and Turn On "Enable Data Roaming"

5. Turn OFF Wi-Fi, turn ON mobile data and restart your phone. Then retry for connection.
