Please do the following steps to connect:

1. Proceed to phone settings > Network & Internet > Sims > Turn on FlexiRoam eSIM .

2. Turn on Mobile data > turn on Roaming > Select the Preferred Network as 4G/5G.

3. Select Access point name > Add > Name: wbdata APN: wbdata

4. Turn on the automatically select button

5. Turn off the Allow 2G option if its available.

6. Turn off your Wi-Fi > restart your device and wait at least 15 minutes with the Wi-Fi off.
