You will not receive a Starter Pack if you redeem the benefit using a FlexiRoam account that is already linked to a Starter Pack (SIM card or eSIM).

To check if your FlexiRoam account is linked to a Starter Pack, please navigate to Account > Manage My SIM(s) in the FlexiRoam app.
