Effective November 2023, we have moved to a single eSIM / physical SIM card. This means that moving forward wherever you travel and whatever plan you redeem, you will only need one SIM for all Global, Regional and Local plans.

For all new redemptions from November 2023, simply follow the instructions when redeeming the benefit to order your new eSIM / physical SIM card.
