Redemptions cannot be cancelled. Once a physical SIM card order has been confirmed, the physical SIM will be shipped out within 5-7 working day(s). If you wish to cancel your physical SIM order, please contact globaldataroaming@flexiroam.com  as soon as possible with your account details to check if this is possible.
