eSIM installation may fail if:

- Your device is not eSIM-compatible
- Your phone is carrier-locked
- Your device has reached its eSIM storage limit
- The WalletRoam eSIM is already installed

Make sure your device supports eSIM and has sufficient available eSIM storage.
