1GBFOR1 Promo Terms & Conditions

1.     FlexiRoam

“FlexiRoam” means FlexiRoam Limited ACN 143 777 397 and its subsidiaries, related entities, related bodies corporate and affiliates including Reapfield Technology Sdn Bhd, FlexiRoam Asia Limited and FlexiRoam Sdn Bhd an international roaming service provider and is also referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “the company”. 

2.     Acceptance

By using or attempting to use the promotional code for this Offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions which include the Website Terms and Conditions   [https://www.flexiroam.com/en-us/terms-and-conditions] (‘the Offer Terms’).

3.     Offer Period

This Offer commences at 00:00 GMT+0 on [01/02/2026] and is available for a limited time only, until 23:59 GMT+0 [28/02/2026] (“Offer Period”). FlexiRoam reserves the right to change or cancel the Offer at any time, without prior notice.

4.     Eligibility

This Offer is available to new FlexiRoam customers only who have not previously purchased or redeemed any FlexiRoam data plan.
The Promo Code is valid only for purchases made via the FlexiRoam App, www.flexiroam.com, or official FlexiRoam WhatsApp channels.

5.    Offer Details & Conditions

  • Eligible customers may purchase one (1) 1GB Global Data Plan for a fixed promotional price of USD $1 on their first purchase only during the Offer Period.

  • This Offer excludes shipping costs for physical SIM cards.

  • The Offer is not valid for wallet payments or wallet top-ups.

  • The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
    The 1GB Global Data Plan purchased under this Offer may not be transferred, shared, reassigned, or resold to another person or account.

  • This Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or partner offers (including Mastercard plans).

6.     Redemption & Validity

To redeem this Offer, enter the promo code 1GBFOR1 at checkout during the Offer Period.

  • The Promo Code is valid for one (1) redemption per eligible customer.

  • The Promo Code must be used within 14 days from account registration.

  • The purchased data plan must be activated within 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Once activated, the 1GB Global Data Plan is valid for 7 days.

  • Unused data will expire after the validity period and is non-refundable.

7.     FlexiRoam Rights

Without limiting other remedies and in addition to FlexiRoam’s rights under the Offer Terms, FlexiRoam reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount or prohibit access to this Offer in circumstances where FlexiRoam believes you have provided false information or have otherwise been involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Offer.

8.     Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlexiRoam will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the Offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the Offer.

9.     Changes

FlexiRoam reserves the right to vary the Offer Terms at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on www.flexiroam.com

10.  Monetary amounts

All monetary amounts specified in these Terms and Conditions are in USD.

11.  Jurisdiction

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
