How can I use my package?

To start your plan, just go to:
App > Account > MyPlans > then click Activate Plan


To install your eSIM, just go to:
App > Account > MySIMs > then click on Install eSIM

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Install option in the app doesn't appear if you have already installed our eSIM in the past.
If you have already installed our eSIM and purchased a new plan, you don't need to reinstall the eSIM. You can immediately activate your data plan, select FlexiRoam eSIM for your cellular data and start enjoying our service.
