Upon receipt of your SIM card, you can go to the App > Account > Link Starter Pack. You can then enter the ICCS that can be found at the back of your SIM card or you can scan the bar code.

You may also reach out to our support with your account ID and a photo of the back of the SIM card so we can manually link your SIM card toy your account.

Once the SIM card is linked, you can now view the SIM in the My SIMs section in the app. You will also have visibility of the plan that is loaded in the SIM through My Plans tab in the app.
