I did not receive my Activation Key or Code

Activation code is only for Mastercard Redemption and Emirates User. For new plan purchase, you don't need an activation code to start your plan or install your eSIM:

To start your plan,  just go to:
App > Account > MyPlans > then click Activate Plan

To install your eSIM, just go to:
App > Account > MySIMs > then click on Install eSIM

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Install option in the app doesn't appear if you have already installed our eSIM in the past.
  • If you have already installed our eSIM and purchased a new plan, you don't need to reinstall the eSIM. You can immediately activate your data plan, select FlexiRoam eSIM for your cellular data and start enjoying our service.
