Follow the steps below to reinstall eSIM, and don't forget to watch the reinstall video at the end of this article
To reinstall your eSIM (to new or old device), kindly uninstall first the eSIM from your phone. Once done, please refresh the app by rebooting the device. Then go to App > Account > MySIMs > click Install. This step should allow you to reinstall your existing eSIM.
If you no longer have access to your old device or Install button is not showing after uninstalling the eSIM, kindly reach out to Customer Experience team so we can further assist.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have already installed our eSIM and has purchased a new plan, you don't need to reinstall the eSIM. You can immediately activate your data plan, select FlexiRoam eSIM for your cellular data and start enjoying our service
