Yes, but eSIM need to be remove from the old device. eSIM cannot be successfully reinstalled if the eSIM is still tagged to the old device.
iOS
- Go to device Settings > Mobile Service> Select FlexiRoam eSIM > Tap Remove Cellular Plan or Delete eSIM.
Samsung
- Go to device Settings > Sim Card Manager > Select FlexiRoam eSIM > Tap Remove
Google Pixel
- Go to device Settings > Tap Network & internet > Mobile network > Select FlexiRoam eSIM > Tap Delete SIM.
- After ensuring that you have successfully deleted/removed the eSIM from your old device, you can reinstall it through the app:
- Open the app and go to Account.
- Select My SIMs.
- Tap the Install tab.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall your eSIM.
