Once your redemption for the Global Data Roaming by FlexiRoam program is successful and your SIM starter pack is issued, it will be shipped within 1–2 working days. If you choose an eSIM, no shipping is required.
If you want to cancel, please email mastercard@flexiroam.com with your invoice number as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you; however, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
Please note, if you cancel the Global Data Roaming by FlexiRoam program, you won’t be able to redeem with the same card again for the rest of the year.
