Effective November 2023, we have moved to a single SIM/eSIM. This means that moving forward wherever you travel and whatever plan you redeem, you will only need one SIM for all Global, Regional and Local plans.

For all new redemptions from November 2023, simply follow the instructions when redeeming the benefit to order your new SIM/eSIM.

For redemptions made by existing Flexiroam/Mastercard benefit holders:
- eSIM - Help Center - Upgrade
- SIM - upon redemption, you will be prompted to order a new SIM card. Follow the instructions to enter delivery details and complete the order of your SIM card
