Refer a Friend
1. Program Overview Existing Flexiroam users ("Referrers") may refer new users ("Recipients") to Flexiroam through the AI Concierge (WhatsApp) by sharing their unique referral link. Upon a successful referral, both the Referrer and the Recipient will receive the "Referral 1GB Global Data Plan 30 Days" plan with Global Data Plan coverage.
2. Successful Referral Criteria A referral is considered successful only when all the following conditions are met:
- New User Status: The Recipient must be a completely new user who has never previously held a Flexiroam account.
- Link Usage: The Recipient must complete their sign-up exclusively through the unique link provided via the AI Concierge.
- No Retroactive Credit: Referral rewards cannot be manually or retroactively added to an account if the sign-up was completed without using the referral link.
- Referral Limit: The Referrer must not have exceeded the maximum limit of 5 successful rewards (5GB total).
3. Reward Details and Validity
- Plan Allocation: Both parties receive a 1GB 30-day Global Data plan.
- Activation Window: The data plan must be activated or started within 3 months (90 days) of issuance.
- eSIM Provisioning: New users (Recipients) are provisioned with a complimentary eSIM by default.
- Physical SIM Replacement: If a Recipient’s device does not support eSIM, a physical SIM card can be requested via Customer Support as a replacement (shipping fees or replacement terms may apply).
4. Limitations and Reserved Rights
- Channel Restriction: This referral campaign is currently limited to the AI Concierge and is not yet available via the Flexiroam App or Website.
- Right to Modify: Flexiroam reserves the right to change these terms, modify rewards, or terminate the referral program at its sole discretion.
