Referral rewards are only issued once all conditions are met. Your friend must:

- Be new to Flexiroam (no previous account),

- Complete sign-up through your unique referral link

If your friend already had an account or registered without using the link, the reward won’t be triggered. Also, please note that each user can earn rewards for up to 5 successful referrals only. You can check how many referrals you’ve completed by asking the AI Concierge directly.
